基于FAHP-BP的企业数字化技术评价体系构建研究

摘要 针对模糊层次分析法对企业数字化技术评价受到专家个人主观因素影响比较大的问题,提出了基于FAHP-BP的评价模型。结合企业数字化转型实际,构建了包含16个指标的数字化技术评价指标,采用FAHP初步确定各评价指标权重,将其作为BP神经网络的训练数据集,对各评价指标权重进行优化。将提出的FAHP-BP评价模型应用于10家企业中,验证了模型的有效性,并指出当地的经济发展水平和企业数字化技术水平之间具有一定的相关性。这对电力、化工等高能耗、高污染企业实施数字化转型具有一定的参考价值。 To solve the problem that the evaluation of enterprise digital technology by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is greatly affected by the subjective factors of experts,an evaluation model based on FAHP-BP was proposed.Combined with the reality of the digital transformation of chemical enterprises,a digital technology evaluation index containing 16 indicators was constructed,and the weights of each evaluation index were preliminarily determined by using FAHP,which was used as the training data set of BP neural network to optimize the weights of each evaluation index.The proposed FAHP-BP evaluation model was applied to 10 chemical enterprises,and the effectiveness of the model was verified.It was pointed out that there was a certain correlation between the level of local economic development and the level of enterprise digital technology.This has certain reference value for the implementation of digital transformation of high-energy and high-pollution enterprises such as electric power and chemical industry.
