桃源水电站多机组动态控制水位下过流能力分析

摘要 径流式电站可调节性能差,优化调度的难度也相对较大。为尽可能提高水量利用率减少弃水,在机组需要消缺或检修时,桃源水电站需要降低库水位运行。桃源水电站机组较多,通过分析不同数量的机组在不同库水位控制条件下的过水能力,根据预报来水情况,可以为降水位调度提供最优消落深度,避免产生弃水,同时不扩大腾库深度,通过精细化管理,实现“先腾库后回蓄”的水库优化调度,达到效益最大化的目的。 Run-of-river power stations have poor adjustability,which also makes it relatively challenging to optimize scheduling.In order to maximize water utilization and minimize spillage,Taoyuan Hydropower Station needs to operate at lower reservoir levels when units require maintenance or repair.Since the station has multiple units,analyzing the overcurrent capacity under different reservoir level control conditions for various numbers of units can provide the optimal drawdown depth for lowering the water level during precipitation forecasts.This approach helps avoid spillage without increasing the drawdown depth,enabling fine-tuned management and achieving reservoir optimization scheduling of emptying the reservoir before refilling to maximize efficiency.
