Strategies and Layout for Flood Control and Disaster Prevention in Zhengzhou Urban Area

为加快构建城市防洪和排涝统筹体系,增强城市韧性,在2021年“7·20”特大暴雨灾害的背景下,本文梳理了郑州洪涝灾害特点和现状防洪排涝体系,查找分析出产生洪涝灾害的主要原因,聚焦如何提高主城区防洪排涝能力,按照蓄、疏、截、分、调等措施,谋划一批重点水利工程,使郑州全市防治洪涝灾害的能力切实得到提高,对保障社会稳定和经济发展起到重要作用。

To accelerate the establishment of an integrated urban flood control and drainage system and enhance urban resilience,the paper reviews the characteristics and current status of flood control and drainage systems in Zhengzhou,particularly in the context of the catastrophic“7·20”heavy rainfall disaster in 2021.The aim is to identify and analyze the main causes of flood and waterlogging disasters,with a specific focus on improving the flood control and drainage capacity in the main urban area.Through measures such as storage,diversion,interception,separation,and regulation,a series of key hydraulic projects are being planned to effectively enhance Zhengzhou’s overall ability to prevent and control flood and waterlogging disasters.This effort plays a crucial role in safeguarding social stability and promoting economic development.
