摘要
全球MSM的HIV感染率仍处于较高水平,距离实现2030年终结艾滋病流行的目标迫在眉睫。PrEP是高风险人群服用药物以预防感染HIV的方法。然而,由于MSM不规范用药、服药依从性低、可接受性差等原因,难以发挥其最佳功效。WHO在指南中建议长效注射暴露前预防(LAI-PrEP)可作为HIV感染高风险人群的另一种预防选择,这种方案不仅在安全性、便利性展现出明显的优势,同时克服了口服PrEP的相关障碍。本文对LAI-PrEP在MSM中的应用现状进行综述,以期为国内开展相关研究提供参考。
The global HIV infection rate among MSM is still at a high level,and it is urgent to achieve the goal of ending the AIDS epidemic by 2030.PrEP is a method for high-risk populations to take drugs to prevent HIV infection.However,due to non-standard medication,low compliance and poor acceptability,it is difficult to achieve the best effect of MSM.The WHO guidelines recommended long-acting injectable pre-exposure prophylaxis(LAI-PrEP)as another prevention option for people at high risk of HIV infection.This method not only shows obvious advantages in safety and convenience,but also overcomes the obstacles related to oral PrEP.This article reviews the application of LAI-PrEP in MSM in order to provide reference for related research in China.
