云南省HIV-1分子流行病学研究及实践进展

Research and practice progress on molecular epidemiology of HIV-1 in Yunnan Province

HIV分子流行病学研究在HIV基因分型、病毒重组鉴定、传播源追踪、传播链和高风险传播者发现等方面发挥着重要作用。云南省是中国艾滋病最早流行的地区,随着时间的推移,云南省HIV的传播范围及传播方式发生了极大转变。多种HIV毒株在云南省的流行成为病毒重组变异的基础,使云南省HIV-1基因型呈现出明显的地域性、复杂性和多样性,也给云南省艾滋病防治工作带来挑战。本文对云南省近30年HIV-1基因亚型特征及变异趋势进行回顾和分析,总结流行规律,为艾滋病防治提供参考依据。

HIV molecular epidemiological researches play an important role in HIV genotyping,virus recombination identification,transmission source tracing,and discoveries for transmission chain and high-risk transmitters.Yunnan Province is the earliest area of the AIDS epidemic in China.Over time,the scope and mode of HIV/AIDS transmission in Yunnan Province have changed greatly.The prevalence of multiple HIV strains in Yunnan Province has become the basis for viral recombination and variation,which makes the HIV-1 genotype in Yunnan Province show a distinct regionalism,complexity,and diversity,and also challenges the AIDS prevention and control work in Yunnan Province.This paper reviews and analyzes the characteristics and variation trends of HIV-1 subtypes in Yunnan Province in the past 30 years,summarizes the epidemic pattern,and provides a reference for HIV/AIDS prevention and control.
