摘要
针对传统农村房产测绘效率较低的问题,探索无人机遥感技术在房产测绘施工中的实际应用。以厦门某房产测绘项目为例,在农村房产及其附属土地测绘中应用无人机遥感技术,并与传统测量方法进行比较分析。研究发现,无人机遥感技术测量结果达到三级精度指标要求,可为农村房产及附属土地测绘提供技术支持。
Aiming at the low efficiency of traditional rural real estate surveying and mapping,the practical application of UAV remote sensing technology in real estate surveying and mapping construction was explored.Taking a real estate surveying project in Xiamen as an example,UAV remote sensing technology is applied in the surveying and mapping of rural real estate and its attached land,and compared with the traditional surveying method.It is found that the measurement results of UAV remote sensing technology can meet the three-level accuracy index requirements,which can provide technical support for the surveying and mapping of rural real estate and attached land.
