摘要
为了提高干法SBS改性剂的改性效果,研究了环烷油掺量(0%、3%、6%、9%、12%)对干法SBS改性剂熔融指数的影响规律,并通过荧光显微镜及IPP(Image-Pro Plus)图像处理软件定量分析了干法SBS改性剂在沥青中的微观分布和溶胀状态。结果表明:环烷油可以提高干法SBS改性剂的熔融指数,提高其扩散进入沥青的能力;随着环烷油掺量的增加,干法SBS改性沥青针入度先增加后趋于平稳,软化点无明显变化,延度先增大后减小,135℃黏度逐渐增大。总体来说,环烷油掺量在6%~7%时,干法SBS改性剂具有较好的改性效果。
In order to improve the modification effect of direct-to-plant SBS modifier,the influence of naphthenic-oil content(0%,3%,6%,9%,12%)on the melt index of direct-to-plant SBS modifier was studied.The microscopic distribution and swelling state of direct-to-plant SBS modifier in asphalt were quantitatively analyzed by fluorescence microscope and image-pro plus image processing software.The results show that naphthenic-oil can improve the melt index of direct-to-plant SBS modifier and its ability of diffusion into asphalt;with the increase of naphthenic-oil content,the penetration of direct-to-plant SBS modified asphalt first increases and then tends to be stable,the softening point does not change significantly,the ductility first increases and then decreases,and the viscosity at 135℃gradually increases.Generally speaking,when the content of naphthenic-oil is 6%~7%,the direct-to-plant SBS modifier has a better modification effect.
