摘要
针对项目采购管理中存在的问题,以巴基斯坦卡拉奇国家炼油有限责任公司升级改造项目(以下简称ISBL/OSBL项目)为研究对象,运用国际项目采购管理理论对上述实际工程展开了案例对比分析。通过对案例的分析,提出了有针对性的措施。分别从价值工程、电子商务平台、“标准化”供应流程和供应商评价体系的建立几方面展开。
In view of the problems existing in the project procurement management,taking the upgrading and renovation project of Pakistan Karachi National Oil Refining Co.Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as ISBL/OSBL project)as the research object,using the international project procurement management theory to carry out a comparative analysis of the above practical projects.Through the analysis of the case,the relevant suggestions are made.From the value engineering,e-commerce platform,“standardized”supply process and the establishment of supplier evaluation system.
