砌体结构型钢夹墙筏板节点抗弯抗剪性能研究

Study on flexural and shear behavior of raft joints with steel sandwich walls in masonry structures

摘要 针对既有砌体结构后增筏板基础存在的问题,提出一种新型型钢夹墙筏板节点,通过室内静荷载缩尺模型试验,分析新型筏板与墙体连接节点的抗弯、抗剪性能,得到新型节点的承载力建议公式。依据试验结果,利用ABAQUS进行节点不同设计参数的有限元分析,得到墙体厚度、筏板厚度、型钢腹板高度对新型节点抗剪承载力和筏板厚度、型钢穿墙螺杆预紧力、筏板配筋率对新型节点的抗弯承载力影响较大的结论。所提新型筏板夹墙节点与常规销键穿墙节点相比,具有抗剪抗弯承载性能好、对结构墙体损伤小和施工方便的优点,加固效果良好,具有重要的工程应用价值和社会经济效益。 In view of the problems existing in the existing masonry structure with post added raft foundation,a new type of section steel sandwich wall raft joint is proposed.Through indoor static load scale model test,the bending and shear resistance of the new type of raft wall joint are analyzed,and the recommended formula for the bearing capacity of the new type of joint is obtained.According to the test results,ABAQUS is used to conduct finite element analysis of different design parameters of the joints,and it is concluded that the wall thickness,raft thickness,section steel web height have a greater impact on the shear capacity of the new joints and the raft thickness,section steel through wall screw preload,and raft reinforcement ratio have a greater impact on the bending capacity of the new joints.Compared with the conventional pin key through wall joint,the new raft sandwich wall joint has the advantages of good shear and bending resistance,less damage to the structural wall and convenient construction,good reinforcement effect,and important engineering application value and social and economic benefits.
