不同中间层夹层玻璃在不同温度条件下的受弯性能试验研究

Experimental study on the bending performance of laminated glass using different interlayers under different temperature conditions

摘要 夹层玻璃在建筑结构中的应用日益广泛。夹层玻璃受弯性能受中间层胶片剪切性能的影响显著。本文通过15个夹层玻璃板试件的四点受弯试验,研究了不同温度条件下以聚乙烯醇缩丁醛胶片、离子性胶片、新型改性增强乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物胶片为中间层夹层玻璃的受弯性能,分析了三种中间层胶片的剪切性能。试验获取了不同温度下三种夹层玻璃试件的时间-位移曲线、时间-等效厚度曲线,以及三种胶片的时间-剪力传递系数曲线、时间-剪切模量曲线;探讨了不同温度条件下三种夹层玻璃受弯性能及三种中间层胶片的剪切性能的差异。 Laminated glass is more and more widely used in building structures.The bending performance of laminated glass is significantly affected by the shear performance of the interlayers.In this paper,the bending performance of laminated glass using polyvinyl butyral interlayer,Ionomer interlayer and new type improved ethylene-vinyl acetate interlayer under different temperature conditions are studied by four-point bending test,based on 15 laminated glass plates,and the shear performance of these three interlayers are analyzed.The time-displacement curves,time-effective thickness curves of the laminated glass,and the time-shear transfer coefficient curves,time-shear modulus curves of the interlayers at different temperatures are obtained from the experiments.The variance of the bending performance of the laminated glass and the shear performance of the interlayers at different temperatures are investigated.
