摘要
新疆输电线路基础混凝土不仅受到盐渍土腐蚀介质的侵蚀,同时存在工程施工时混凝土保湿养护难以达到规范要求龄期的情况。研究不同养护条件和高性能矿物掺合料对混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:掺加高性能矿物掺合料使混凝土在较低的养护要求下达到较高的耐久性能,有效解决输电线路基础混凝土保湿养护不充分且耐久性能要求高的难题;与单掺10%硅灰、复掺10%I级粉煤灰和15%S105级矿渣粉相比,单掺15%防腐降黏型掺合料对混凝土性能的提升效果最优。
The foundation concrete of Xinjiang power transmission line is not only eroded by the corrosive medium of saline soil,but also it is difficult to achieve the age required by the specification for the wet maintenance of the concrete during the construction of the project.The effects of different curing conditions and high-performance mineral admixtures on concrete properties are investigated.The results show that the addition of high-performance mineral admixtures enables concrete to achieve higher durability under lower maintenance requirements,which effectively solving the problems of insufficient moisture conservation and high durability requirements for transmission line foundation concrete.Compared with 10%silica fume,10%grade I fly ash and 15%S105 grade slag powder,the 15%anti-corrosion and viscosity-reducing admixture alone has the best effect on improving the performance of concrete.
