一种焊接钢板连接的装配式钢筋桁架阳台板的力学性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 对一种采用焊接钢板连接的新型装配式钢筋桁架阳台板试件进行两组单调静力加载试验,研究阳台板的破坏形态、承载极限等力学性能,并进行有限元模拟。试验结果表明:两组试验中阳台板悬挑边竖向位移达到悬臂长度的1/25时,极限承载力均可达24.77kN;裂缝位置均出现在连接区域之外的地方,实现了节点处“强连接”的目标;阳台板最终为延性破坏。最后推导了焊接钢板连接方式下的钢筋桁架阳台板承载力计算公式。 Two sets of monotone static loading tests are carried out on a new type of prefabricated steel truss balcony slab connected by welded steel plates.The mechanical properties such as failure mode and bearing limit of the balcony slab are studied,and the finite element simulation is carried out.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity can reach 24.77kN when the vertical displacement of the cantilever edge reaches 1/25 of the cantilever length in both tests.The crack locations are all outside the connection area,which achieves the goal of"strong connection"at the node.The balcony floor is finally ductile failure.Finally,the calculation formula of the bearing capacity of the reinforced truss balcony floor with welded steel plates is derived.
