摘要
针对目前工业建筑设计、建造粗放的问题,本文提出了一种工业建筑设计的综合性优化策略。通过对门式刚架厂房组群在不同风向角、不同形体比例、不同组群排布形式下的风载效应进行数值模拟分析,得出影响风环境的显性和非显性因素。对于显性因素的量化结果直接用于方案优化设计;对于不可量化的非显性因素,归纳形成决策参量并应用层次分析法优化设计方案。提出了风环境导向下工业建筑组群多目标优化设计路径选择策略,研究结果可以从建筑功能、结构构造和技术经济等方面对工业建筑设计进行全面优化。
In this paper,the comprehensive optimization strategies for industrial building design are proposed in response to the current extensive design and construction in the industrial building field.Through numerical simulation analysis of the wind load effects of a portal frame factory group under different wind angles,shape ratios,and group layout,the dominant and non-dominant factors affecting the wind environment are identified.The quantitative results of the dominant factors are directly used for the optimization design.For non-quantifiable non-dominant factors,the decision parameters are summarized and formed,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is applied to optimize the design.A multi-objective optimization design path selection strategy for industrial building groups under the guidance of wind environment is proposed.The research results can comprehensively optimize industrial building design from the aspects of architectural function,structural construction,and technical economy.
