Structure design of an unequal-height double-tower connected structure in Xi’an

摘要 本项目为一不等高双塔高位连体结构,采用钢管混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系。结构存在高位连体和悬挑转换等多项不规则,是复杂超限高层建筑结构。分别从主副塔结构布置、连体部分结构设计以及主塔悬挑转换设计角度详细介绍了本结构的设计要点与分析结果。对结构的计算分析原则进行阐述。给出结构的小震弹性计算结果对比以及大震弹塑性时程分析结果。对连接体关键部位补充了楼板应力分析、舒适度分析和节点有限元分析。分析结果表明,该不等高双塔连体部分采用强连接是可行的,连接体部分能够满足中震弹性及大震不屈服的设计目标。 This project is an unequal-height double-tower connected structure which is designed as a concrete-filled rectangular steel tube frame-reinforced concrete core tube structure.The structure has many irregularities such as high-position connected structure and cantilever transformation,etc.It is a complex and out-of-code high-rise structure.The design and analysis of the structure from the perspectives of the dual towers structure layout,the structural design of the connected structure and the cantilever transformation design of the main tower are introduced.The principles of computational analysis of the structure are expounded.At the same time,the comparative of the small earthquake elastic analysis results and the large earthquake elastic-plastic analysis results of the structure are given.The floor stress analysis,comfort analysis and joint finite element analysis are supplemented for the key parts of the connected-structure.The analysis results show that it is feasible to use strong connections for the connected structure of the unequal height double towers,and the connected structure can meet the design goals of elasticity in moderate earthquakes and unyielding in large earthquakes.
