摘要 房地产行业的稳定和可持续发展是国家宏观经济的关键组成部分。然而,随着房地产市场的快速扩张,也伴随着房地产金融风险的增长。这些风险的存在可能对金融系统的稳定性构成严重威胁,进而对共同富裕目标产生不利影响。本研究将首先深入探讨房地产金融风险的深层原因,以揭示其根本动因。接着,详细分析金融风险的主要类型,以更全面地理解这些风险的性质和影响。随后,深入探讨房地产金融风险对社会经济的潜在影响。最后,提出了具体的政策建议和风险防范措施,以协助实现共同富裕目标,维护金融系统的稳定,促进房地产行业的可持续发展。 The stability and sustainable development of the real estate industry are critical components of the national macroeconomy.However,with the rapid expansion of the real estate market comes a growing risk in real estate finance.The existence of these risks poses a serious threat to the stability of the financial system,thereby adversely impacting the goal of shared prosperity.This study will first delve into the deep-rooted causes of real estate financial risks to reveal their fundamental drivers.Subsequently,it will provide a detailed analysis of the primary types of financial risks,offering a more comprehensive understanding of the nature and impact of these risks.Following that,the study will explore in-depth the potential effects of real estate financial risks on the socio-economic landscape.Finally,specific policy recommendations and risk prevention measures will be proposed to assist in achieving the goal of shared prosperity,maintaining financial system stability,and promoting the sustainable development of the real estate industry.
