EAST离子回旋加热高频检波器设计与校准

摘要 高频检波器在EAST离子回旋加热系统(ICRH)功率测量中是必不可少的。为了解决高频检波器在ICRH系统中的应用问题,设计了适用于该系统的高频检波器,并测试了高频检波器的性能。首先,使用NI Multisim 14.0软件对其电路结构进行了仿真分析。然后,利用LABVIEW编写了自动标定程序,以测试高频检波器在实际工作环境下的响应时间、幅值区域线性度和可靠稳定性。试验结果表明,高频检波器可在0~10 V工作环境内运行,并且其线性区域符合系统的宽频要求,确保了数据测量的可靠性与准确性。此外,高频检波器也表现出良好的稳定性,能够满足在高频噪声与强电磁干扰环境下长期使用的需求。试验结果证明高频检波器可成功用于EAST离子回旋加热系统中的数据测量。 A high-frequency detector is essential for measuring ion cyclotron resonant heating(ICRH)power at EAST.In order to solve the application problem of the high-frequency detector in the ICRH system,a high-frequency detector suitable for this system is designed,and the performance of the high-frequency detector is tested.First,NI Multisim 14.0 software was used to simulate and analyze its circuit structure.Then,an automatic calibration procedure was developed in LABVIEW to test the detector's actual response time,linearity of the amplitude region,and reliable stability under operating conditions.The test results show that the high-frequency detector can operate in a O~10 V working environment,and its linear region meets the broadband requirements of the system,which ensures the reliability and accuracy of data measurement.In addition,the high-frequency detector also shows good stability,which can meet the needs of long-term use in high-frequency noise and strong electromagnetic interference environments.The test results proved that the high-frequency detector can be successfully used for data measurement in the EAST ion cyclotron heating system.
