摘要
创新创业是新发展阶段构建新发展格局和实现高质量发展的重要议题。将内涵和外延原有异同的创新与创业的两个概念定义为一个集合概念,进而结合数字化转型中介作用,探讨创新创业促进区域经济高质量发展的效应及其影响机制。考察分析表明:创新创业显著促进经济高质量发展;数字化转型在创新创业与经济高质量发展之间存在间接中介效应。采用IRIEC指数、Moran’I指数法和空间杜宾模型衡量创新创业空间效应,发现创新创业不仅会对本地区的经济高质量发展产生显著的正向影响,还对相邻区域的经济高质量发展产生正向的溢出效应。异质性分析发现,东部地区享受到的创新创业释放红利比中西部和东北地区更大。鉴于此,应着力提升区域创新创业能力,发挥数字化转型在创新创业进程中的作用,推进建立创新创业多元协同运行机制,以促进经济高质量发展。
Innovation and entrepreneurship are vital subjects in the current stage of development,as they contribute to establishing a novel development pattern and achieving high-quality progress.This study conceptualizes innovation and entrepreneurship as a unified concept,recognizing their shared characteristics and distinct connotations and extensions.It also investigates how innovation and entrepreneurship contribute to the high-quality development of regional economies,exploring the underlying mechanisms and the mediating role of digital transformation.The findings reveal a significant positive impact of innovation and entrepreneurship on high-quality economic development.Moreover,digital transformation plays an indirect mediating role between innovation and entrepreneurship and high-quality economic development.The application of the IRIECindex,Moran’s I index and spatial Durbin model determines that innovation and entrepreneurship have a substantial positive influence on local high-quality economic development and yield positive spatial spillover effects on neighboring regions.Furthermore,heterogeneous analysis demonstrates the greater benefits of innovative entrepreneurship in the eastern region when compared to the central,western and northeastern regions.Henceforth,it is crucial to implement effective measures to enhance regional innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities,harness the role of digital transformation in the innovation and entrepreneurship process,and foster synergistic interactions among diverse mechanisms to facilitate high-quality economic development.
