产业一体化、产业结构优化与经济高质量发展——来自长三角城市群的证据

Industrial Integration,Industrial Structure Optimization and High-Quality Economic Development——Evidence from the Yangtze River Delta City Cluster

基于2003~2020年长三角41个地级及以上城市的面板数据,采用固定效应分析方法,全面评估长三角产业一体化与产业结构优化影响经济高质量发展的内在联系及作用机理。研究表明:整体来看,长三角产业一体化不仅能通过直接效应促进城市经济高质量发展,还能通过优化产业结构的间接效应推动经济高质量发展;分省份来看,产业一体化通过直接效应和间接效应促进安徽省和江苏省城市经济高质量发展,而对浙江省城市呈现出明显的“U”型影响特征;从空间效应来看,长三角产业一体化对经济高质量发展的促进作用具有明显的空间溢出效应,并在空间效应下产业一体化对经济高质量发展的促进作用更强。鉴于此,应积极推动长三角产业一体化发展,注重地区产业结构和发展特征,发挥产业发达城市对欠发达城市的带动作用,以实现经济高质量发展。

Based on panel data of 41 prefecture-level and above cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2003 to 2020,the article employs fixed-effects analysis to comprehensively assess the intrinsic linkage and mechanism of action between industrial integration and industrial structure optimization in the Yangtze River Delta affecting high-quality economic development.The study shows that,as a whole,industrial integration in the Yangtze River Delta not only promotes high-quality urban economic development through the direct effect,but also promotes high-quality economic development through the indirect effect of optimiz ing industrial structure.By province,industrial integration can promote high-quality economic development of cities in Anhui and Jiangsu provinces through direct and indirect effects,while cities in Zhejiang province show a clear“U”shape impact.From the viewpoint of spatial effect,the promotion effect of industrial integration of Yangtze River Delta on high-quality economic development has obvious spatial spillover effect,and the promotion effect of industrial integration on high-quality economic development is stronger under the spatial effect.In view of this,the integrated development of industries in the Yangtze River Delta should be actively promoted,focusing on the regional industrial structure and development characteristics,and giving full play to the role of industrially developed cities as a driving force for less-developed cities,so as to realize high-quality economic development.
