数字化转型对区域技术创新的影响机制研究

The Mechanism of Digital Transformation on Regional Innovation

依据2004~2020年中国省级面板数据,研究数字化转型对区域技术创新的总效应,探讨劳动力结构和资本结构的中介效应。研究发现:数字化转型对我国专利、发明专利和实用新型专利授权量的作用为正,对外观设计专利授权量的正向作用不显著;数字化转型可优化劳动力结构和资本结构,最终促进区域技术创新;劳动力结构和资本结构的正向中介效应依旧存在于数字化转型与发明专利和实用新型专利之间,但对外观设计专利的影响机制不明显;中西部地区数字化转型对技术创新的影响不显著,而东部地区劳动力结构和资本结构中介效应显著为正。鉴于此,应加强新型基础设施建设,大力培育数字化人才,合理运用配套资金,注重协同效果,最大化发挥数字化转型对技术创新的促进作用。

According to the provincial panel data of China from 2004 to 2018,this paper constructs the regional digital transformation index to study the total effect of digital transformation on regional innovation,and discusses the mediating effects of labor structure and capital structure.The following conclusions are displayed.Firstly,digital transformation significantly improves regional innovation,namely,a positive effect on patent granted,invention patent and utility model patent.However,digital transformation has an insignificant effect on design patent.Secondly,both labor structure and capital structure mediate the positive effects of digital transformation on regional innovation.Thirdly,there exist different mechanisms of different patents.In addition,the positive mediating effect of labor structure and capital structure still exists in invention patent and utility model patent.Fourthly,there is no mechanism in central and western regions.However,the labor structure and capital structure in eastern region still have a positive mediating effect of digital transformation on regional innovation.Therefore,local government should strengthen the construction of newinfrastructure,cultivate digital-related talents,and make use of funds with regard to the collaborative effect,which to maximize the promotion effect of digital transformation on innovation.
