轴套镀层脱落原因

摘要 某滑动轴承的轴套镀层在运行2 d后发生脱落。采用宏观观察、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法分析轴套镀层脱落的原因。结果表明:轴套镀层中存在大块带状组织,破坏了镀层的连续性;在工作过程中,轴套受到摩擦力的作用,在镀层薄弱处萌生裂纹,最终导致轴套镀层脱落。 The coating on the shaft sleeve of a certain sliding bearing had fallen off after 2 d of operation.The reasons for the detachment of the shaft sleeve coating were analyzed by macroscopic observation,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that there were large banded structures in the coating of the shaft sleeve,which disrupted the continuity of the coating.During the working process,the shaft sleeve was subjected to frictional force,which caused cracks to initiate at the weak point of the coating,ultimately led to the detachment of the shaft sleeve coating.
