玛湖油田非金属管结垢风险评估与阻垢措施

摘要 为解决玛湖油田非金属管的结垢问题,通过结垢试验、接触角测量等研究了温度、CO_(2)分压、Ca^(2+)含量和矿化度对玻璃钢管、热塑性塑料内衬玻璃钢管、柔性复合管结垢的影响,并优选出适用于玛湖油田现场工况的阻垢剂。结果表明:相同条件下,柔性复合管的结垢速率远高于其他两种材料;几种因素对非金属管材结垢影响的显著性排序为温度>矿化度>CO_(2)分压>Ca^(2+)含量;有机膦酸阻垢剂(MQ2)的阻垢效果最优,推荐加注量为60 mg/L;现场应用效果表明,降低运行温度并加注MQ2可使非金属管的结垢现象得到良好控制。 In order to solve the scaling problem of non-metallic pipe in Mahu oilfield,the effects of temperature,partial pressure of CO_2,Ca~(2+) content and salinity on the scaling of glass fiber reinforced plastics(GFRP),thermoplastic lined GFRP and flexible composite pipes were studied through scaling test and contact angle measurement,and the scale inhibitor suitable for the field condition of Mahu oilfield was selected.The results showed that the scaling rate of the flexible composite pipe was much higher than those of the other two materials under the same conditions.The significance ranking of several factors affecting on the scale formation of non-metallic pipes was temperature >salinity>partial pressure of CO_2>Ca~(2+) content.Organic phosphonic acid scale inhibitor(MQ2) had the best scale inhibition effect,and its recommended injection dosage was 60 mg/L.Field application results showed that the scale formation in non-metallic pipes could be well controlled by lowering operating temperature and adding MQ2.
