摘要
消费已经成为我国经济增长的重要驱动力,服务消费是未来消费增长的潜力所在。基于服务消费理论、消费升级理论、体验经济理论等相关理论分析可知,数字化是推动服务消费、释放内需潜力的重要途径。数字化通过增强服务消费过程中的供需互动、推动城乡服务消费更为均等、解决服务消费中的信息不对称问题、扩大服务提供者的服务半径、提高服务消费者的搜寻效率、提升服务消费体验和拓展新服务需求等途径,实现服务消费质量和效率的全方位提升。
Consumption has become an important driving force for our economic growth,and service consumption is the potential area of consumption growth.Based on the analysis of service consumption theory,consumption upgrading theory,experience economy theory and other related theories,this paper finds that digitalization plays an important role in promoting service consumption and releasing the potential of domestic demand.Digitization enables an all-round improvement in the quality and efficiency of service consumption through the following paths:enhancing the interaction between supply and demand in the process of service consumption,promoting equal service consumption between urban and rural areas,reducing information asymmetry in service consumption,expanding the service radius of service providers,improving the search efficiency of service consumers,enhancing the service consumption experience and creating new demand for services.
