摘要
为了解新疆阿勒泰部分地区双峰驼乳房炎乳样中微生物群落结构组成及多样性变化,探究主要的致病菌种类及特性,分别选择3份健康、临床型乳房炎、隐型乳房炎驼乳样品,通过Illumina MiSeq测序技术分析样品中微生物多样性;同时分离、鉴定58份乳房炎样品中的主要致病菌,并测定其LD50及耐药情况。测序结果表明,9个样品共鉴定出14门、180科、210属的微生物,在属水平下Aquabacterium、Acidovorax、Caulobacter为主要优势菌属,且Aquabacterium、Asticcacaulis丰度的变化在乳房炎和健康驼乳中存在较大差异。58份乳房炎样品中,共分离到金黄色葡萄球菌(27株)、大肠杆菌(16株)、链球菌(14株)、鲍曼不动杆菌(8株)、肺炎克雷伯菌(3株),药敏试验结果表明驼源金黄色葡萄球菌耐药现象较为普遍,应引起兽医工作者的重视。
The aim of study is to explore the changes of microbial community structure and diversity about camel’s milk in some areas of Altay and researched species and characteristics of the main pathogenic bacteria.The microbial diversity about 9samples was analyzed by Illumina MiSeq sequencing technology,samples were chosen from healthy,clinical and subclinical camel’s milk.The main pathogenic bacteria were isolated and identified from 58clinical samples,and their LD50and drug resistance were determined.The sequencing results showed that the microorganism in the 9 samples total contained 14phylum,180family,and 210genera.Aquabacterium,Acidovorax and Caulobacter were the dominant bacteria genera.In addition,the richness of Aquabacteriumand Asticcacaulis was significantly different between mastitis and healthy camel milk.Twenty-seven strains of Staphylococcus,16type of Escherichia coli,14strains of Streptococcus,8strains of Acinetobacter and 3strains of Klebsiella were isolated from 58samples.The results of drug susceptibility test indicated that drug resistance of Staphylococcus was common,which should be paid more attention to by veterinary workers.
