摘要
旨在研究饲粮中添加来源于碎米荠(Cardamine enshiensis)的硒对肉兔的生长性能、肉品质、抗氧化能力及相关基因表达的影响。选取144只35日龄的雄性断奶伊拉肉兔,随机分为4个组:对照组、亚硒酸钠组(Group S)、普通碎米荠组(Group C1)和高硒碎米荠组(Group C2)。每组6个重复,每个重复6只兔。结果显示,与对照组相比,饲粮中添加高硒碎米荠显著提高肉兔的采食量(ADFI)和日增重(ADG)(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,高硒碎米荠组血清中高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平,血清和肝脏中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力显著提高(P<0.05),血清和肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。饲粮中添加2种碎米荠均可以使肉兔肌肉的失水率显著降低(P<0.05),熟肉率显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮中添加高硒碎米荠显著提高了肉兔肝脏中GPX1 mRNA和CYP7A1 mRNA的相对表达量。结果表明,与添加同剂量无机硒组相比,饲粮中添加来源于碎米荠的硒能更好地提高肉兔的生长性能、肉品质和机体抗氧化能力,同时可改善肉兔的脂质代谢。
This experiment was conducted to investigate effects of selenium in hyperaccumulator plant Cardamine enshiensis on growth performance,meat quality,antioxidant indices and related genes expression of meat rabbits.A total of 14435-day-old male weaned Hyla meat rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group,sodium selenite group(Group S),normal Cardamine Enshiensis group(Group C1)and high selenium Cardamine enshiensis group(Group C2).Each group had 6 replicates with 6 rabbits per replicate.The results showed that the average daily feed intake and average daily gain of Group C2 were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).In Group C2,the content of high-density lipoprotein(HDL)in serum and the content of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in serum and liver were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum and liver were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).In Group C1 and Group C2,water loss rate of muscle was significantly lower,the cooking percentage was significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the relative expression levels of GPX1 mRNA and CYP7A1 mRNA in liver of meat rabbits in Group C2 was significantly increased(P<0.05).The results suggest that selenium hyperaccumulated Cardamine enshiensis plays a positive role in promoting growth performance,antioxidant capacity,meat quality and lipid metabolism of meat rabbits.
