反刍动物瘤胃甲烷生成及调控策略研究进展

Research progress in ruminal methane production and its regulation strategies

摘要 反刍动物瘤胃发酵产生的甲烷会降低饲粮能量的利用效率并造成环境污染,减少甲烷排放有助于缓解温室效应并提高反刍动物饲粮利用效率。反刍动物甲烷生成与品种、饲粮组成和瘤胃菌群结构等多种因素相关。本文综述了反刍动物瘤胃甲烷的生成途径,重点总结了产甲烷菌的研究进展和调控甲烷生成的策略及未来的研究趋势,为制定有效的甲烷调控措施提供理论依据。 Methane produced by ruminant rumen fermentation will reduce the utilization efficiency of feed energy and cause environmental pollution.Reducing enteric methane emissions from ruminants helps to alleviate global greenhouse effect and improve livestock feed efficiency.Methane production in ruminants is related to many factors such as breed,diet composition and rumen flora structure.In this paper,the pathway of rumen methane production in ruminants was briefly described,and the research progress of methanogens and the strategies and future research trends of regulating methane production were summarized,in order to provide theoretical basis for formulating effective methane control measures.
