传统药物戒毒相关专利文献计量分析

A bibliometric analysis of patent literature of traditional medicine for detoxification

目的运用文献计量学方法探索传统药物戒毒研究的热点及发展趋势,为传统药物戒毒领域创新研究和临床应用提供参考。方法检索世界传统药物专利数据库收录的2022年2月23日前公开的戒毒相关的专利文献,采用文献计量、词频统计等方法总结归纳传统药物戒毒文献的基本特征、药物制剂类型等。结果对711条专利文献进行分析发现,专利类型主要为发明专利,专利公开数量2017年达到最多,此后开始递减。专利权主要分布在中国。专利研究内容集中在国际专利分类(International Patent Classification,IPC)小类中的医用、牙科用或梳妆用的配制品,和化合物或药物制剂的治疗活性。研发重点是中药及其提取物,热点技术领域集中在药物的联合应用即中药复方,片剂是最常见的制剂类型。结论中药专利在传统药物戒毒领域占据主导地位,目前专利公布数量呈下降趋势,亟需探索联合、纵深的创新发展新路径。

Objective Using bibliometric methods to explore the hotspots and development trends of traditional medicine for detoxification,and provide reference for innovative research and clinical applications.Methods The patent literature related to detoxification published before February 23,2022 in the world traditional medicine patent database were retrieved.The basic characteristics of the patent literature and the type of drugs and preparations were summarized by bibliometrics and word frequency statistical methods.Results Based on the analysis of 711 patent literatures,we found that the patent type was mainly invention patents,and the number of patent literature disclosure reached the maximum in 2017 and began to decline thereafter.Patent property rights were mainly distributed in China.Patent research focused on medical,dental or dressing accessories and therapeutic activity of compounds or pharmaceutical preparations in IPC subcategories.The research and development in this field focused on traditional Chinese medicine and its extracts.The hot technical fields focused on the combined application of drugs called as traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,and tablets were the most frequent forms of preparations.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine plays a leading role in the field of traditional medicine for detoxification.At present,the number of patent announcements is declining,and therefore it is urgent to explore a new path of joint and in-depth innovation and development.
