羧甲基纤维素/黄原胶复合膜的制备及性能研究

摘要 研究以羧甲基纤维素、明胶为成膜基材,并通过加入黄原胶进行性能优化,以甘油作为增塑剂,通过溶液共混法制备复合膜,并对黄原胶的含量进行单因素实验,对复合膜性能进行测定。通过考察黄原胶的质量分数对复合膜机械性能、透湿性、透光率的影响情况,确定成膜液最佳配方组合为:羧甲基纤维素的质量分数为1.2%、明胶的质量分数为1.15%、黄原胶的质量分数0.4%、甘油为2%(体积分数)。性能指标为:膜厚0.268 mm、拉伸强度10.74MPa、断裂伸长率73.17%,透光率94.92%。所制备的复合膜为羧甲基纤维素基复合膜的研究提供了方向。 In this study,carboxymethyl cellulose and gelatin were used as the film-forming substrate,and xanthan gum was added to optimize the performance,and glycerin was used as plasticizer to prepare the composite film by solution blending method,and the content of xanthan gum was tested by single factor experiment,and the performance of the composite film was determined.The effects of mass fraction of xanthan gum on the mechanical properties,moisture permeability and light transmittance of the composite film were investigated,and the optimal formula of the film-forming solution was determined as follows:mass fraction of carboxymethyl cellulose was 1.2%,mass fraction of gelatin was 1.15%,mass concentration of xanthan gum was 0.4%and glycerol was 2%(volume fraction).The performance indexes are as follows:film thickness 0.268 mm,tensile strength 10.74 MPa,elongation at break 73.17%,moisture permeability,and light transmittance 94.92%.The composite membrane has the advantages of good performance,greenness,degradability,etc.
