提高工科研究生国际化培养水平的体系构建与实践——以轻工技术与工程学科为例

System Construction and Practice of Improving International Training Level of Engineering Graduate Students——In Light Industrial Technology and Engineering Discipline as an Example

在新国际形势下,国家发展和科技创新对具有国际视野、国际竞争力的高水平工科研究生需求越来越迫切。结合国内各高校工科研究生国际培养的现状和存在的问题,以陕西科技大学轻工技术与工程学科为例,提出了加强师资队伍国际化建设、加强知识结构的国际化、创建国际化科研平台等具体措施,为培育国际化高水平科研人才和推动学科发展打下坚实基础。

Under the new international situation,the national development and scientific and technological innovation are more and more urgent for high-level engineering graduate students with international vision and international competitiveness.Based on the current situation and existing problems of international training of engineering graduate students in domestic universities,taking light industry technology and engineering discipline of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology as an example,putting forward some concrete measures such as strengthening the internationalization of teaching staff,strengthening the internationalization of knowledge structure,and creating an international scientific research platform,so as to lay a solid foundation for cultivating high-level international scientific research talents and promoting the development of the discipline.
