实验室环境智能监测控制系统的设计与实现

摘要 针对实验室的环境监测、节能控制及安全防护等需求,设计研发了一款实验室环境智能监测控制系统。以STC12C5A60S2单片机为核心控制单元,通过红外热释电与超声波传感器的组合实现对实验室内人数的统计,并实时检测和显示实验室温度、湿度和可燃气体浓度等信息。该系统可设置为工作模式或防护模式。工作模式时,根据实验室内人数是否为零控制灯的亮灭及部分电源输出;防护模式时,若实验室内人数不为零,则系统通过SIM短信模块发送短信至管理员。在两种模式下,可燃气体超标时系统均能启动声音和短信报警。该系统结构简单,性能完善,操作方便,适用于各类实验室的监测与防护。 Aiming at the requirements of environmental monitoring,energy-saving and safety protection of laboratory environment,an intelligent monitoring and control system is designed and developed,taking STC12C5A60S2 single chip microcomputer as the core control unit.The number of people in the laboratory are counted through the combination of infrared pyroelectric and ultrasonic sensor.Meanwhile,the temperature,humidity and combustible gas concentration in the laboratory are monitored and displayed in real time.The system can be set to operate in working mode or protection mode.In working mode,the light on and off and output the part of power are controlled according to whether the number of people in the laboratory is zero.In the protection mode,if the number of people in the laboratory is not zero,the system will send a message to the administrator through the SIM module.In both modes,the system can start sound and message alarm when the combustible gas exceeds the standard.The system has the advantages of simple structure,high performance and convenient operation.It can be used for the monitoring and protection of laboratories.
