基于磁流变弹性体的定日镜动力吸振器设计与仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 光热发电站核心装置定日镜常受到风载荷的作用而发生振动,不仅造成了聚光效率的降低,还影响了发电站的稳定运行。针对定日镜风致振动的特性,设计了一款基于磁流变弹性体(智能材料)变刚度性能的动力吸振器。首先通过数学建模分析原理并对其进行结构设计,其次利用ANSYS软件对其磁路特性、热力学特性进行仿真,分别研究吸振器的磁场强度、热量对其结构和磁流变弹性体的影响,最后通过动力学仿真验证动力吸振器对定日镜振动的吸收效果。结果表明,此动力吸振器可以实时跟踪外界激励的变化,并能有效抑制定日镜的风致振动。 Heliostats,the core device of a photovoltaic power plant,often experience wind-induced vibration.This not only reduces the concentrating efficiency,but also affects the stable operation of the power plant.A power absorber was designed for the wind-driven vibration characteristics of heliostats.It was based on the variable stiffness property of magnetorheological elastomer(smart material).First,the principle of a power absorber was analyzed with mathematical modeling.The structure was designed according to the principle.Next,its magnetic circuit characteristics and thermodynamic properties were simulated using ANSYS.The effects of magnetic field strength and temperature on both the dynamic vibration absorber and magnetorheological elastomer were investigated.Finally,the effectiveness of the dynamic vibration absorber in suppressing the vibration of the heliostat was verified by dynamics simulation.Results show that the dynamic vibration absorber can track the external excitation in real time and effectively suppress the wind-driven vibration of the heliostat.
