摘要
随着自动化控制技术不断提高,传感器作为关键元件应用也越来越广泛。通过有限元仿真软件对变磁阻原理的位移传感器进行仿真及参数化设计,按照设计参数研制样机,通过测试基本达到要求。用于直线位移测量、速度测量的传感器很多,由于精度及使用环境要求不同,应用各不相同,所设计的变磁阻原理位移传感器,设计结构简单、成本比较低,非常适合用于环境恶劣、可靠性要求高的位移测量系统中。
With the continuous improvement of automatic control technology,sensors are more and more widely used as key components.In this paper,the displacement sensor based on variable reluctance principle is simulated and parameterized by finite element simula-tion software.According to the design parameters,a prototype is developed.Through the test,it basically meets the requirements.There are many sensors used for linear displacement measurement and velocity measurement.Due to different requirements for accuracy and use environment,the applications are different.This paper designs a displacement sensor based on variable reluc-tance principle.The design structure is simple and the cost is relatively low.It is very suitable for the displacement measurement system with bad environment and high reliability requirements.
