摘要
随着国有企业改革深入实施,国有企业退休人员逐步实现社会化管理,其可持续发展已成为重要课题。国家、地方政府和企业采取了一系列政策措施,逐步探索建立企业退休人员社会化管理的长效机制,不仅能够有效地保障企业退休人员的基本生活,而且有助于促使退休人员持续发挥社会作用,融入地方可持续健康发展。文章以某大型国有企业为例,对其退休人员社会化管理有效实践进行分析,旨在高质量实现退休人员社会化管理,探索建立可持续发展长效机制。
With the gradual deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,the retirees of state-owned enterprises have gradually realized socialized management,and their sustainable development has become an important issue.The state,government and enterprises have adopt a series of policies and measures to gradually explore the establishment of a long-term mechanism for socialized management of enterprise retirees,which can not only protect the basic life of enterprise retirees,but also promote retirees to continue to play a social role and gradually integrate into the sustainable and healthy development of the local.This paper takes a large state-owned enterprise as an example to analyze the effective practice of the socialization management of retirees,aiming at realizing the socialization management of retirees with high quality and exploring the establishment of a long-term mechanism for sustainable development.
