摘要
滨海水厂工程规模为8.0×10^(4 )m^(3)/d,水源为长江水和滦河水,两种水源根据季节性变化进行适时切换使用,水处理采用“预处理+强化常规处理+深度处理工艺”,污泥处理采用“排水排泥+污泥浓缩+机械脱水工艺”。设计以滦河水水源为主导,优化处理工艺,兼顾适应性和节能性,并将多项实用新型专利进行成果转化,同时因地制宜采用高、低压电机搭配的形式,保障供水安全性。厂房采用屋顶网架结构,为下一步光伏设计打下基础,并预留智慧水厂相关接口。工程建成后,出水满足GB 5749—2022《生活饮用水卫生标准》。
The scale of the project of Binhai Water Supply Plant is 8.0×10^(4) m^(3)/d.The water source is Yangtze River and Luanhe River,and the two water sources are switched in time according to seasonal changes.The water treatment adopts“pre-treatment+enhanced conventional treatment+advanced treatment processes”,and the sludge treatment adopts“drainage and sludge discharge+sludge concentration+mechanical dehydration processes”.The design was primarily based on the Luanhe River water source,optimizing the treatment process for adaptability and energy efficiency,and transforming multiple utility model patents.At the same time,the combination of high and low voltage motors was adopted according to local conditions to ensure water supply safety.The factory adopted a roof grid structure,laying the foundation for the next step of photovoltaic design,and reserving relevant interfaces for the smart water plant.After the completion of the project,the effluent meets the GB 5749-2022“Standards for drinking water quality”.
