摘要
德州市某污水处理厂主要处理某经济开发区工业废水及部分居民生活污水,主要处理工艺为预处理+AAO+混凝沉淀除磷工艺。本文针对该污水处理厂工艺现状和存在的问题进行分析,并在原有设计基础上进行技术优化改造,解决了部分单体设计参数不合理、设备设施老化等原因造成的水量处理能力受限的问题,在保证生产运行稳定达标的前提下,污水厂的处理水量提升了28%。
A sewage treatment plant in Dezhou City mainly treats industrial wastewater and some residential sewage from an economic development zone.The main treatment process is“pre-treatment+AAO+mixed sedimentation phosphorus removal”.This article analyzed the current process status and existing problems of the sewage treatment plant and conducted technical optimization and transformation on the basis of the original design.It addressed issues such as unreasonable design parameters of some individual units,aging equipment and facilities,which had led to limited water treatment capacity.On the premise of ensuring stable production and operation,the water treatment capacity of the sewage treatment plant had been increased by 28%.
