PBL联合CBL教学法在乳腺癌临床教学中的应用评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析乳腺临床教学中联合应用以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)、以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月在滨州医学院附属医院乳腺外科实习的临床专业82名学生为研究对象,经随机抽签法分组,对照组采用传统教学法,观察组联用PBL、CBL教学法。汇总学生的两项教学成绩(理论考试、实践操作考试)、8项教学质量(课前预习、小组讨论、病例分析、问题探究、临床实践、临床思维、课堂氛围、学习兴趣)、教学满意度,并进行比较。结果观察组教学成绩、教学质量评分、教学满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌临床教学中联用PBL、CBL教学法,学生的教学成绩和教学质量更高,满意度更好。 Objective To analyze the effect of combined application of problem-based teaching(PBL)and case-based teaching(CBL)in breast clinical teaching.Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,82 clinical students who were practicing in breast surgery in the affiliated hospital of Binzhou Medical College at this stage were selected as the subjects and divided into groups by random drawing.The control group was taught by traditional teaching method,and the observation group was taught by PBL and CBL Law.Summarize students'two teaching achievements(theory test,practical test),eight teaching quality(pre-class preview,group discussion,case analysis,problem exploration,clinical practice,clinical thinking,classroom atmosphere,learning interest),teaching satisfaction,and compare.Results The teaching performance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the teaching quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined use of PBL and CBL teaching methods in breast cancer clinical teaching can achieve higher teaching performance and teaching quality,and better student satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
