中医针灸推拿护理教学中PBL教学法对考核成绩的影响

摘要 目的探讨中医针灸推拿护理教学中应用以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)对实习护士护理理论知识及护理操作技能成绩的影响。方法选取2020年10月—2021年10月在荆门市中医医院中医针灸推拿科实习的护士360名作为本次研究对象;根据不同带教方法划分为对照组、研究组,各180名。对照组传统带教方法,研究组采用PBL教学法。对比两组不同带教的效果。结果实习后,研究组护理理论知识成绩[(93.56±2.35)分]、护理操作技能考核成绩[(94.35±2.14)分]较对照组高[(89.65±2.54)、(91.25±5.42)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实习后,研究组CTDI-CV评分[(289.46±19.57)分]高于对照组[(241.65±17.42)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护士对带教老师的总满意率为93.89%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医针灸推拿护理教学中开展PBL教学法,有利于提升实习护士护理理论知识及护理操作技能成绩。 Objective To investigate the method of PBL teaching in traditional Chinese acupuncture Tuina nursing teaching and its effect on nursing theoretical knowledge and nursing operation skill scores.Methods A total of 360 nurses who practiced in the department of acupuncture and tuina in Jingmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to different teaching methods,they were divided into control group and study group,with 180 participants in each group.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group,and PBL was used in the study group.The effect of different teaching was compared between the two groups.Results After practice,the scores of nursing theory knowledge[(93.56±2.35)points]and nursing operation skill[(94.35±2.14)points]of the study group were higher than those of the control group[(89.65±2.54)points and(91.25±5.42)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After practice,CTDI-CV score of the study group[(289.46±19.57)points]was higher than that of the control group[(241.65±17.42)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of practice nurses in the study group was 93.89%,higher than that in the control group(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method in TCM acupuncture and tuina nursing teaching is conducive to improving nurses'theoretical knowledge and nursing operation skills.
