教育的本质是塑人,随着社会主义建设新阶段对高层次创新型人才的渴求和招生规模的不断扩大,如何正身立德,激发医学生的创新意识和科研兴趣、营造适宜的创新环境、培养医学研究生的创造力,帮助学生成长为满足国家事业发展需要的优秀人才,是各研究生培养单位和指导教师持续的工作重心和培养目标。文章在剖析当前医学研究生教育普遍存在的问题基础之上,对如何培养研究生的科研兴趣、科技创新与创造力、科技报告撰写能力、学术交流能力和社会实践能力等方面的素质进行了方法探索和经验总结,希望这些举措对新形势下医学研究生科研素养培养有所启发。

The essence of education is to shape individuals.With the demand for high-level innovative talents in the new stage of society development and the continuous expansion of enrollment scale,how to cultivate medical students'innovative consciousness and research interest,create a suitable innovative environment,and develop the creativity of medical graduate students,in order to help them grow into outstanding talents who meet the needs of national development,is the continuous focus and goal of each graduate training institution and supervising teacher.Based on the analysis of the current problems in graduate education,this article explores and summarizes the methods of cultivating the research interest,technological innovation and creativity,scientific report writing ability,academic communication ability,and social practice ability of graduate students.After conducting the former measures,students were significant enhanced on skills of scientific and technological innovation,scientific and technological report writing,academic communication and knowledge application.The experiences could provide inspirations for improving the skills of medical postgraduate students on scientific researches.
