MCM10在卵巢癌中的表达及预后评估价值

Expression and prognostic value of MCM10 in ovarian carcer

目的 探讨以公开数据库分析微小染色体维持蛋白10(MCM10)在卵巢癌中的表达水平及预后评估价值。方法 利用GEPIA数据库、人类蛋白质图谱(Human Protein Atlas,HPA)数据库和Kmplot数据库,基于生物信息学分析MCM10在卵巢癌中的表达水平及其与MCMs基因间的相互关联作用。结果 与正常组织相比,MCM10 mRNA在卵巢癌组织中高表达(P <0.05)在卵巢癌不同分期中,Ⅳ期患者MCM10表达低于Ⅱ和Ⅲ期患者(P <0.05);MCM10在卵巢癌细胞系HEY、A2780和59M中高表达。MCM10与MCM2、MCM3、MCM4、MCM5、MCM6和MCM7表达相关(均P<0.05)。分析三种不同探针(220651sat、222962sat和223570at)检测MCM10 mRNA表达水平与卵巢癌患者的预后关系,发现MCM10 mRNA与卵巢癌的发生具有明显的相关性。结论 MCM10为促卵巢癌基因,其可能成为治疗卵巢癌富有研究前景的新型靶点。

objectiveTo explore the expression and prognostic value of microchromosome maintenance protein 10(MCM10)in ovarian cancer using public databases.Methods GEPIA database,Human Protein Atlas(HPA)and Kmplot database were used to analyze the expression level of MCM10 in ovarian cancer and its correlation with MCMs gene based on bioinformatics.Results Compared with normal tissues,MCM10 mRNA was highly expressed in ovarian cancer tissues(P<0.05).In different stages ofovarian cancer,MCM10 expression in stage IV patients was lower than that in stage II and III patients(P<0.05).MCM10 was highly expressed in cell lines of ovarian cancer,such as HEY,A2780 and 59M.MCM10 was correlated with the expression of MCM2,MCM3,MCM4,MCM5,MCM6 and MCM7(all P<0.05).According to the three different MCM10 probes(220651_s_at,222962_s_at and 223570_at)and ovarian cancer patients prognosis,MCM10 mRNA was significantly correlated with the occurrence ofovarian cancer.Conclusions MCM10 is an oncogene of ovarian cancer,which may be a promising new target for the treatment ofovarian cancer.
