《药物合成新技术》创新型实验教学改革与实践研究

Innovative Experimental Teaching Reform and Practice of the Course“New Technology of Drug Synthesis”

《药物合成新技术》是我院药学专业本科生的一门研讨性课程,课程组针对当前课程实验教学中存在的主要问题,以药物化学课题组为依托,基于现有的师资力量和科研实验平台,结合课程前期教学改革经验,通过优化实验教学内容,创新实验教学方法,完善课程考核评价体系,同时以赛促学,进一步提升大学生的科研创新能力。通过两个教学周期的改革与实践,我院学生在药物合成基础知识掌握、科研实验设计、实践操作能力等方面都得到了明显提升。课程组研究结果表明,《药物合成新技术》课程实验教学改革不仅提升了学生理论结合实践的能力,而且充分调动了学生的创新研究热情,为今后进一步推广应用教学改革成果与开发本科生科研能力提升课程奠定基础,并为其他专业实验课程教学改革提供参考和借鉴。

“New Technology of Drug Synthesis”is a seminar course in our school for undergraduates majoring in pharmacy.The course team aims at the main problems existing in the current experimental teaching of the course,relies on the medicinal chemistry research group,based on the existing faculty and scientific research experimental platform,combined with the experience of early teaching reform of the course,through optimizing experimental teaching content,innovating experimental teaching methods,improving the course assessment system,and promoting learning through contest,to further enhance the scientific research and innovation ability of college students.Through the reform and practice of two teaching cycles,students′basic knowledge of drug synthesis,scientific research experimental design as well as practical operation ability have been effectively developed.The research results of the course group show that the experimental teaching reform of the course“New Technology of Drug Synthesis”not only improves the students′ability to combine theory with practice,but also fully mobilizes the students′enthusiasm for innovative research,which laying a foundation for further promoting and applying the teaching reform achievements and developing undergraduate research ability enhancement courses in the future,and can provide reference for the teaching reform of experimental courses of other majors.
