案例教学法在骨科专业型研究生临床教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨案例教学法在骨科专业型研究生临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年12月—2021年6月在广西医科大学第一附属医院参加骨关节外科轮转的64名骨科专业型研究生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组(32名)和试验组(32名),对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用案例教学法,对比两组学生对教学满意度以及临床专业理论知识与实践操作考核评分。结果:试验组学生对教学模式感兴趣程度、自主参与热情、专业知识掌握能力提高水平均显著高于对照组学生,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生临床专业理论知识和实践操作评分显著高于对照组学生,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:案例教学法能够明显提高骨科专业型研究生对教学满意度,增强其临床专业理论知识与实践操作掌握程度,促进教学质量的提升。 Objective To investigate the effect of case-based teaching method in clinical courses for orthopedic professional graduate students.Methods A total of 64 orthopedic postgraduates of Guangxi Medical University from December 2018 to June 2021 were selected as research subjects,the participants were randomly allocated to either the control group(n=32)or the experimental group(n=32),with the control group using traditional teaching methods and the experimental group using case-based teaching method.The students'learning enthusiasm and performance were compared using questionnaires,theoretical knowledge assessments,and practical assessments.Results The students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group in the degree of interest in the teaching mode,the enthusiasm for independent participation,and the ability to master professional knowledge.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of clinical professional theoretical knowledge and practical operation in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In the clinical professional course teaching of orthopedic graduate students,using case-based teaching method can significantly improve the teaching satisfaction of orthopedic postgraduates,enhance the mastery of clinical professional theoretical knowledge and practical operation,and promote the improvement of teaching quality.
