锁骨远端骨折常伴随喙锁韧带损伤,常常需要手术干预。然而锁骨远端骨折内固定方法多种多样,各有优劣,目前仍无治疗的金标准。本文介绍了锁骨远端骨折的分型及治疗,并就临床主要应用的内固定方法进行综述,比较各种方法差异并对最新进展进行总结,为临床治疗提供参考。

Distal clavicle fractures are often associated with coracoclavicular ligament injury and often require surgical intervention.However,there are a variety of internal fixation methods for distal clavicle fracture,each has its advantages and disadvantages,and there is still no gold standard for treatment.This paper introduces the classification and treatment of distal clavicle fracture,reviews the main clinical application of internal fixation methods,and compares the differences and summarizes the latest progress for clinical treatment.
