摘要
骨骼作为人体的主要机械支撑结构,不断接受来自体内和体外的机械刺激。机械传导对骨骼的生长发育和生理状态的维持,以及骨质疏松等病理过程的发生发展都起着重要作用。因此,揭示骨机械转导机制对于了解骨生理机制和预防骨病以及寻找骨病的治疗靶点均具有十分重要的意义。近期研究表明,PIEZO通道,特别是PIEZO1通道,在骨的机械转导中起重要作用,其作用和机制已成为近几年的研究热点。本文基于PIEZO通道成员和结构的介绍,总结了PIEZO在骨细胞、间充质干细胞、成骨细胞、软骨细胞中的研究进展,以期为PIEZO通道在骨细胞的研究中提供了研究思路。
As the main mechanical support structure of the human body,bone constantly receives mechanical stimulation in vivo and in vitro.Mechanical transduction processes play an important role in bone growth and development,physiological conditions,and disease conditions.Revealing the mechanism of bone mechanical transduction is of great significance for understanding bone physiology,preventing the development of bone diseases,and finding therapeutic targets for bone diseases.Recent studies have shown that PIEZO channels,especially PIEZO1 channels,play an important role in bone mechanical transduction.Therefore,the role of PIEZO channels in bone mechanical transduction has become a research hotspot in recent years.Based on the introduction of the members and structures of PIEZO channels,this paper summarizes the research progress of PIEZO channels in osteocytes,mesenchymal stem cells,osteoblasts and chondrocytes,and provides a research idea for PIEZO channel in the study of bone cells.
