拉莫三嗪联合丙戊酸钠治疗青年难治性部分性癫痫的效果与安全性探讨

Clinical efficacy and safety of lamotrigine combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of refractory partial epilepsy in young people

目的探究拉莫三嗪联合丙戊酸钠治疗青年难治性部分性癫痫的临床效果与安全性。方法82例青年难治性部分性癫痫患者,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组采用丙戍酸钠进行治疗,观察组采用丙戍酸钠联合拉莫三嗪进行治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效及治疗后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为85.37%,高于对照组的65.85%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率14.63%与对照组的12.20%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论拉莫三嗪联合丙戍酸钠能够明显提升青年难治性部分性癫痫患者的临床疗效,并且不会增加不良反应发生率,建议临床推荐。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of lamotrigine combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of refractory partial epilepsy in young people.Methods A total of 82 young patients with refractory partial epilepsy were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random numerical table,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium valproate,and the observation group was treated with sodium valproate and lamotrigine.The clinical efficacy and the occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.37%,which was higher than that of 65.85%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 14.63%,and the difference was not statistically significant compared with that of 12.20%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Lamotrigine combined with sodium valproate can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of refractory partial epilepsy in young people,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,so it is recommended for clinical recommendation.
