中医辨证联合埃克替尼在EGFR突变老年晚期肺腺癌中的应用

摘要 目的探讨中医辨证疗法联合埃克替尼在表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)突变老年晚期肺腺癌中的应用价值。方法选取100例EGFR突变老年晚期肺腺癌患者,依据随机数字表法分为两组,各50例,对照组采用埃克替尼治疗,观察组在此基础上联合中医辨证治疗,对比临床疗效、中医症候积分、血清肿瘤标志物、毒副反应发生及严重程度、中位疾病无进展生存期(mPFS)及中位生存期(MST)。结果与对照组比较,观察组临床疗效更好,中医证候积分较低,CA125、CEA水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组毒副反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中位mPFS、MST较对照组显著延长(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证疗法联合埃克替尼对EGFR突变老年晚期肺腺癌具有控制疾病发展的作用,可降低肿瘤标志物水平,延长生存时间,且安全性高。
