新时代要加强高职院校的劳动教育

Strengthening Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

高职院校学生作为社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,塑造正确的劳动观,可以坚定理想信念、增强奋斗精神、端正就业态度。新时代劳动教育观念逐步转变,制度得到加强,结构也更加完善。由于劳动教育缺乏系统性规划、整体性引导、实质性保障、联动性发展等因素,教育的深度不够、效果不佳。通过培养正确的劳动价值观,加快劳动教育体系建设、强化劳动教育资源保障等途径,为社会培养合格的职业人才。

Higher vocational college students,as socialist builders and successors,should develop a proper concept of labor,which helps to strengthen their ideals and beliefs,enhance struggle spirit and correct their employment attitude.In the new era,labor education concept is changing gradually,labor education system get strengthened,and its structure becomes more comprehensive.However,due to the lack of systematic planning,overall guidance,substantial protection,and coordinated development,the depth and effectiveness of labor education are insufficient.To cultivate qualified professional talents,we should develop students'correct labor values,accelerate constructing labor education system,and strengthen the guarantee of labor education resources.
