摘要
BIM技术在建筑工程建设管理中具有非常关键的作用,它能使各种数据信息共享,从而提高建设工程建设的精细化管理。文中通过分析BIM技术的具体优势及存在的问题,最后依托于某实际案例,从建筑工程的不同阶段出发,建立一个直观的建设项目的信息化模式,探究BIM技术的具体应用方法,从而有助于建设项目的实施,以期为类似项目管理提供参考。
BIM technology plays a crucial role in the management of construction projects,enabling the sharing of various data information and improving the refined management of construction projects.The article analyzes the specific advantages and existing problems of BIM technology,and finally,based on a practical case,establishes an intuitive information model for construction projects from different stages of construction engineering,explores the specific application methods of BIM technology,and helps with the implementation of construction projects,in order to provide reference for similar project management.
