基于咨询单位角度的BIM全过程工程造价管理研究

Research on BIM Whole Process Engineering Cost Management from the Perspective of Consulting Units

造价咨询单位的主要工作是为项目进行过程中的工程造价活动提供决策服务以及咨询服务,具有全局性的监督和控制作用,能够通过造价管理达到节约工程成本、提高经济效益的效果。本文从咨询单位角度出发,重点研究BIM全过程工程造价管理,以某学校改造及扩建项目为实例总结了造价咨询单位的主导作用,并从工程决策、设计、招标、施工和竣工验收五个阶段分析了相应的管理方法,以期为类似项目的造价管理提供有效参考。

The main job of a cost consulting unit is to provide decision-making and consulting services for engineering cost activities during the project process,with a global supervision and control role.It can achieve the effect of saving engineering costs and improving economic benefits through cost management.This article focuses on the entire process of BIM engineering cost management from the perspective of consulting units.Taking a school renovation and expansion project as an example,the leading role of cost consulting units is summarized,and corresponding management methods are analyzed from the five stages of engineering decision-making,design,bidding,construction,and completion acceptance,in order to provide effective reference for cost management of similar projects.
