民航飞联网智慧运行关键技术及典型应用

摘要 针对现有航空系统通信方式、管制模式和安全监管已不能满足多类大量航空器全空域运行的需求,研究提出民航飞联网及其运行关键技术。文章首先详细剖析民航飞联网概念,研究梳理飞联网发展背景,然后重点分析飞联网自主间隔、宽带互联、全息感知、通信安全四个关键技术,最后,以电动垂直起降飞行器(eVTOL)低空运行为典型场景,描述飞联网技术在其乘客便捷出行、飞行精准管控、交通智能管理和安全监管与告警方面的应用。 Aiming at the existing aviation system communication mode,control mode and safety supervision mechanism,which can no longer meet the needs of mixed operation of multiple types of aircraft,the study proposes civil aviation Internet of Aircrafts and its operation key technologies.This paper firstly analyzes the concept of Civil Aviation Internet of Aircrafts in detail,and then focuses on the four key technologies of Internet of Aircrafts:autonomous spacing,broadband interconnection,holographic sensing,and communication security,and finally describes the typical application scenarios of Internet of Aircrafts in terms of the operation of electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft(eVTOL)as an example,and describes the role of Internet of Aircrafts in the convenient travel of passengers,the accurate control of navigation,the intelligent management of traffic,and the intelligent management of safety monitoring and alerting.
