基于哈佛分析框架下畜牧企业财务分析及管理优化研究

Research on Financial Analysis and Management Optimization of Livestock Enterprises under the Framework of Harvard Analysis

畜牧业是我国传统的产业之一,在国民经济中占有重要的地位。随着人口的增加和经济的发展,畜牧业面临新的机遇和挑战。财务管理是保证畜牧企业发展的重要根基,随着企业结构升级转型,传统财务分析方法已经不能满足企业发展需求,优化财务管理迫在眉睫,本文以XXW集团为例,基于哈佛分析框架对畜牧业上市公司进行财务分析,提出财务管理优化措施。

Animal husbandry is one of the traditional industries in our country and occupies an important position in the national economy.With the increase of population and the development of economy,animal husbandry is facing new opportunities and challenges.Financial management is an important foundation to ensure the development of animal husbandry enterprises.With the upgrading and transformation of enterprise structure,traditional financial analysis methods can no longer meet the needs of enterprise development,and it is urgent to optimize financial management.This paper takes XXW Group as an example,conducts financial analysis of listed companies in animal husbandry based on the Harvard analysis framework,and proposes measures to optimize financial management.
