为满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要,提高人民获得感、幸福感、安全感,如何在高质量发展中增强人民精神力量成为新时代亟需解答的重要问题。当前强调丰富人民精神世界,要从它的时代内涵来分析,体现在个体层面是构建具有高尚理想追求的个体精神世界,社会层面是形成健康文明、积极向上的社会精神风貌,国家层面是筑牢以文化认同为基础的共有精神家园。在现代化建设进程中虽然我国人民精神生活水平有了较大提升,但一定程度上还存在精神危机的问题。应当从加强高质量精神文化产品供给、优化教育资源和文化环境、发挥思想政治教育价值导向功能、重视传统文化与现代文明相融合等方面入手,使人民精神世界丰富发展。
